Shipping Information

1. We offer FREE Shipping on orders over $50.00 (subtotal over $50.00) within the Continental of United States and no charge / hassle free store pick-up for local, Washington state residents.

 2. We ship your orders by Fedex.  It takes between 2 to 4 business days from the order date to receive your shipment. RedFoxInk.com shall not be liable for any loss, damage, cost or expense related to any delay in shipment or delivery. Once an order leaves our warehouse it is out of our control and the carrier is responsible for any unforeseen delays in your order's arrival.  Please contact our customer service with any questions or concerns at 1-877-REDFOX-1.

 3. We only ship orders when all the items are available.  In case of any delay you’ll be contacted by our customer service representative.

4. At this point we don’t ship outside of United States.

Refund Policy

• We carry a 90-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase on all cartridges.
• We cannot accept returns without an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.
• To get an RMA # please call 1- 253-631-7573 (toll free: 1-877-REDFOX-1) or contact us at returns@redfoxink.com.   
• When you call or email us, please indicate the reason for the return and whether you want a refund or an exchange.
• Along with your RMA, you will be issued a FREE pre-paid postage label for sending back your cartridges.
• Return Authorization will be voided after 14 days.
• A 10% Restocking Fee will be charged on all non-defective returns.
• Returned products must be in their original packaging and as-new condition in order to get a credit processed.
• Please allow 7-10 days to process your return.
